Primary Challenge: Transition Neptune CT Scanner production from batch-building in a 2000 ft² R&D lab (1 unit/3 weeks) to single piece flow production in a 11,000 ft² facility (3 units/week).

 

As Lumafield's first hire with low-volume, high complexity manufacturing experience, I led the build-out of Lumafield’s first manufacturing facility in fewer than 4 months: including introducing a new quality system, defining new manufacturing engineering workflows, build-team management, troubleshooting ongoing production issues, fixture design and validation, and defining NPI workflows.​​
